Christine Jatzko has been part of the company since its beginnings in 2003 and has become partner and authorized signatory of BA|mc in 2008. Ms. Jatzko is responsible for planning, organisation and controlling of the current projects, for expanding BA|mc’s partner network as well as for HR, Marketing and Sales. Mrs. Jatzko is supporting projects mainly in the Financial Services and Health Care sectors.

Milan Starinac supports the BAMC Team as Software Developer and Consultant in Financial Services.

Mr. Starinac has acquired several years of experience in the insurance industry working for an international insurance company in his home country Serbia. Focus areas were sales and distribution as well as process automation in finance, controlling and reporting.

Ali Khoshen has been part of the BAMC Team since March 2025 specializing on backend software development.

His expertise includes the Java-Stack, Python, several databases, C#, and Docker. Mr. Khoshen supports several BAMC projects in the fields of energy, the public sector and insurance.

Alongside his computer science studies at TU Wien, Mr. Aslan supports the BAMC team in several client projects in the public sector, insurance, and health care.

Mr. Aslan has extensive experience with various technologies such as Spring Boot, React, Angular, container orchestration, and several other programming languages.

Based on his education (Master’s programme in Business Informatics at TU Wien) and his previous professional experience in consulting, Mr. Wiesner works for BAMC as a project manager and software architect, currently in the public sector and financial services.

In addition to his extensive knowledge of software development, Mr. Wiesner has expertise in training AI models in the banking sector as well as in AI-based object recognition.

Oliver Mate is studying computer science at TU Wien and supports the BAMC team with his expertise in several client projects in the insurance and public sector.

He has extensive knowledge of various technologies, such as Spring Boot, React, Python, and C#, as well as industry experience in health care and transportation.

Alongside her studies at the University of Vienna, Clara Jatzko supports BAMC on a part-time basis with various office tasks.

Her responsibilities include managing the office at the Vienna location as well as performing general administrative tasks.

With many years of experience of running his own consulting company and with his wide array of expertise, Mr. Khosravipour has been supporting BA|mc for many years in several projects in the fields of IT-Project Management, IT Strategy and Management Consulting.

Dr. Khosravipour is supporting the company as Senior Manager with a focus in financial services and aviation.

With more than 20 years of consulting experience throughout many sectors, Mr. Santer has successfully been taking over several BA|mc projects since 2010 on a free-lance basis and has become a strong and valued member of the team.

Mr. Santer is certified as Senior Process Manager and is holding several certifications in Project Management as well as Requirements Engineering and Testing. His BA|mc projects have had a focus in the energy sector as well as in health care.

Olaf Rieder is a management expert with over 15 years of IT delivery experience in the Financial Services sector with focus in banking. Mr. Rieder has held Senior Management positions in different countries and possesses a solid background in Business Analysis, Program and Project Management as well as in IT Service Management according to ITIL®.

Christian Eslbauer ist mit über 30 Jahren Berufserfahrung ein absoluter Profi im IT-Consulting mit Kernkompetenz in Business Analyse & Datenanalyse. Seine vielfältige Ausbildung von Elektronik und Nachrichtentechnik über Wirtschaftsinformatik bis hin zum Datenbankadministrator ermöglicht seinen Einsatz in verschiedensten Projekten vieler Branchen, mit Schwerpunkt im öffentlichen Bereich und in Financial Services. Herr Eslbauer hat weitreichende Kenntnisse in verschiedenen Programmiersprachen, PM Tools, Datenbanksystemen sowie im DWH. Seine Ausbildungen zum NLP Practitioner und Systemischen Berater & Coach sowie seine soziale Kompetenz und Konfliktfähigkeit runden sein Profil ab.

Christian Füreder verfügt über mehr als 15 Jahre Berufserfahrung in den Branchen Financial Services mit Schwerpunkt Versicherungen, Energie & Medien. Seine Expertise reicht vom IT-Projektmanagement über Prozessberatung bis hin zu Softwareentwicklung & Design. Neben einem Diplomstudium der Wirtschaftsinformatik an der Universität Wien weist Herr Füreder verschiedene PM-Zertifizierungen auf und ist als Trainer im Bereich digitale Transformation, Automatisierung und Projektmanagement mit Atlassian JIRA/Confluence/Tempo tätig.

His international experience in project and program management with focus in banking, insurance and telecommunication makes Robert Hrubjak a valued member of the BAMC Team.

Mr. Hrubjak’s expertise consists not only of planning, coordinating and controlling IT-projects but also includes in depth knowledge in BI/DWH, Software Systems & Development as well as Enterprise Architecture Management.

Mrs. Wilhelm is holding a diploma in banking as well as a certification as project manager and has been supporting BA|mc in the field of financial services for various clients. Her experience stretches from analysis and conception of projects to optimization, implementation and controlling.

Mrs. Wilhelm has been offering her consulting services to banks, investment companies in the renewable energy sector, Non Profit Organizations with ethic-ecological focus as well as several small and medium-sized companies in various sectors.

Astrid Gsottbauer has acquired profound consulting know-how in project management with a focus in health care and social services as well as experience in business analysis in the financial services sector.

Based on her education (MA in Project Management & Organisation) und her profound knowledge in project management (PMI & IPMA) she also offers tailor-made, on premise project management trainings. Furthermore, she volunteering at the PMI as an Academic Outreach Officer.

Karin Herbst has been supporting the BAMC Management since the beginning of 2017 with her expertise in technical documentation, proofreading, webpage design and public relations. She has ample experience with technical editing, content management systems and document management systems as well as excellent knowledge of DTP application software. Her degree in smart consumer coaching and sustainability completes her comprehensive professional profile.

Mrs. Lunacek is supporting various projects and partnerships of BA|mc mainly in the Health Care sector. The focus of her consulting services is Quality Management and the organisational support of large scale projects.

Her strong economic background, her post-graduate education in Health Care Management and the many years of experience as project manager make Mrs. Lunacek a strong and valued member of our team.
