ITIL® is recognized world-wide as the IT-service-management (ITSM) framework. A common base of knowledge of the staff members involved is the key to success of ITSM projects.
ITIL® Foundation Level Trainings are the most compact solution for combining motivation, knowledge and certification of staff with the requirements of everyday business.
BA|mc offers ITIL® Foundation Level Trainings on the premises of the respective clients. We provide an accredited trainer who conducts the trainings on site within the regular working hours and working environment of the respective staff.
This enables the staff to participate in the trainings without leaving the actual work environment and saves the company expenses for travel and extra hours which offsite trainings would involve.
All training participants can take a certification exam in German or English (60 minutes) upon conclusion of the training. As an option these exams can also take place on the client’s premises.
